ABOUT OUR FSEA

The F.S.E.A. is made up of explorer posts from around the state of Florida. Each post is comprised of young adults that are exploring the field of law enforcement. These young adults are males and females ages 14 to 21 years old.

Our association was created to allow Sheriff's Explorer Post to meet quarterly to train, network, and meet other explorers from different types of agencies and different ways of life. The F.S.E.A. comes together in March, June, September, and December for State Delegates Meetings. The June conference is a week long state conference where the explorers elect new board members to serve for the next year.
